Thesis Colloquium 2025

OBJECTIVE.

On November 1, MSDA held a thesis colloquium, in which twelve second-year students presented their thesis research plans. Due to the increased number of presenters this year, the event was held in two sessions, morning and afternoon. The topics covered for their theses also became more diverse than before.
At first, everyone seemed nervous, but gradually they relaxed and delivered their presentations with confidence. The committee shared supportive comments and proposed necessary changes, which were met with genuine appreciation from all presenters.
First-year MSDA students and special international students from Sriwijaya University, who are studying at Rikkyo University for only one semester, also participated in this event and learned a lot for their upcoming thesis writing.
Now that the second-year students have received valuable feedback and new analytical perspectives on their research plans, it’s time to move ahead. Keep up the good work toward the finish line!
