Lina Presented in an Undergrad Class
OBJECTIVE.
Lina, an MSDA student from Ukraine, was invited to Professor Kuramoto’s undergraduate International Relations class on Friday, November 7, 2025, to introduce her home country.
She presented slides with Japanese captions describing Ukraine’s history, geography, and current situation. Remarkably, she delivered the entire presentation in fluent Japanese. Despite being a beginner in the Japanese language, she dedicated significant effort to practicing her script. This endeavor underscores her strong commitment to ensuring her homeland is widely and deeply understood.
