May 25th is African Unity Day which is a public holiday in several countries of Africa. It is also known as “Africa day” and commemorates the founding of the Organization of African Unity (OAU). This organization was established to bring out change, freedom and independence to many African countries. So the memorable day (May 25th) is blessed annually around the world.
African students of the MSDA program wore traditional African clothes to celebrate African Union Day at Rikkyo University! They enjoyed the happy day!!
